Founder & CEO

Marilyn Beck has worked as an executive recruiter for over 15 years in Salt Lake City, Utah where she has developed in-depth knowledge of the Utah job market, local industry, and its leaders. As a professional executive recruiter, Marilyn continues to maintain and build relationships with a large, highly diverse network of business leaders spanning a wide spectrum of industries. She has been able to successfully leverage her recruiting experience, knowledge, and network to help executives when hiring their most valuable assets – their people.

Marilyn genuinely cares about people and their needs. As a result, she has acquired a unique ability to quickly develop relationships and earn the trust of clients and candidates alike. Marilyn specializes in partnering with top tier organizations, including Fortune 1000 companies, to help them recruit talented individuals and expand their teams.




Managing Director

As Managing Director of Recruiting Connection, Cody leads the firm in developing business operations and creating operational strategy and policies.  With over 5 years of experience in the recruiting industry, Cody is well connected across the Wasatch Front and has developed a vast talent pool of highly diverse individuals, particularly in accounting and finance. Cody recently made the transition to the role of Managing Director, but enjoys staying actively involved in the recruitment, market development, and delivery of top-tier talent.

Prior to joining Recruiting Connection, Cody worked as a Manager for Ernst & Young where he gained a breadth of knowledge working with various clients in both a consultative and audit role.  His most notable publicly traded clients included Hewlett-Packard, Skullcandy, and Ancestry.com.  After Ernst & Young, Cody joined Woodside Homes as a key member of the Accounting and Finance team.  Cody is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s degree from Brigham Young University.




Recruiting Manager

For over 10 years, Pam Clawson has worked as a professional recruiter in the San Francisco Bay Area and Utah. She began her corporate recruiting experience at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in the MBA Career Management Center. She then joined Accountants Incorporated where she recruited for Bay area companies across a variety of industries. Subsequently, she joined K-Force (formerly Romac International). At both Accountants Inc. and K-Force, she was recognized for her success as a recruiter and her leadership abilities and was moved into regional management positions. After relocating to Utah, she joined Recruiting Connection and has excelled at building long term relationships with companies that share her belief that star performers create star companies.

She is an active volunteer and has served on several boards. She held offices of Finance VP, President, and Board Advisor with the Junior League of Salt Lake City. She currently serves as a Board member of the University of Utah Alumni Association, Clayton Middle School PTA, Chi Omega Fraternity-Xi Alpha Chapter House Corporation, and Salt Lake City’s JW Cotillion. She has also been actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America, where she has served as a Den Leader for many years and currently serves on her local area’s BSA Committee.

Pam earned a BS in Political Science and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Utah. She is the mother of four highly energetic young boys who provide purpose for her work. She has gained the respect of her peers, fellow service volunteers, and the clients she serves by always bringing a friendly, professional attitude to each engagement.




Recruiting Manager

Alexandra’s straight-forward, professional approach in providing excellent candidates for her clients has resulted in top companies consistently turning to her as the one to call when they need the best talent in the market. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to recruit highly skilled, accredited professionals for over 15 years. In addition to her strong Utah connections, she has recruited in other major US markets such as Los Angeles, Washington, DC and New York City.

Alexandra’s diverse background has proven to be a great asset when working with new clients nationally. She is committed to exceeding expectations by delivering results quickly. Her goal is to bring professionalism and positive energy to every client engagement by working with like-minded organizations that are committed to excellence. Alexandra has a Bachelor of Fine Arts education from the University of Utah and the University of New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology.
