SEARCHES

We provide various searches that are flexible for the specific needs of each client. Indeed, we understand that some clients would like to be more involved and other times they’d rather have us take the load off them.

Retained

Retained search is great when a client wants us to conduct a full search. This includes screening all applicants and narrowing the candidates. Each candidate will be fully vetted and evaluated on multiple fronts by the recruiting firm. In addition, we will conduct multiple interviews, screening assessments, full background checks and references, etc.

Engaged

Engaged searches are recommended when clients want us to invest dedicated time and resources to conduct a thorough candidate search. Clients have the option of utilizing online candidate screening tools including DISC temperament profiles and intelligence assessments for finalist candidates.

Contingency

Contingency searches are recommended when a client will assume responsibility for the majority of the screening and vetting process. Moreover, it’s a great option for an employer that anticipates interviewing candidates from multiple sources and/or when the hiring needs are less urgent.
