As Managing Director of Recruiting Connection, Cody leads the firm in developing business operations and creating operational strategy and policies. With over 8 years of experience in the recruiting industry, Cody is well connected across the Wasatch Front and has developed a vast talent pool of highly diverse individuals, particularly in accounting and finance. Cody recently made the transition to the role of Managing Director, but enjoys staying actively involved in the recruitment, market development, and delivery of top-tier talent.

Prior to joining Recruiting Connection, Cody worked as a Manager for Ernst & Young where he gained a breadth of knowledge working with various clients in both a consultative and audit role. His most notable publicly traded clients included Hewlett-Packard, Skullcandy, and Ancestry.com. After Ernst & Young, Cody joined Woodside Homes as a key member of the Accounting and Finance team. Cody is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s degree from Brigham Young University.
