A Payroll Manager in Utah oversees the end-to-end payroll process: accurate and timely payroll runs, multi-state payroll tax compliance, benefits deduction administration, and payroll record maintenance. They work closely with HR, accounting, and finance leadership to make sure payroll data is right and properly recorded. In growing companies, they often own payroll system implementation and optimization. When payroll is wrong, this is the person who fixes it and makes sure it does not happen again.

What to Look For in a Utah Payroll Manager
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred
- 5-plus years of payroll experience including management
